Hello! I'm Fabian, and I'm a Web Developer based in Vancouver, Canada. My journey started on the desktop environment, then took an unexpected turn towards the World Wide Web.
Today, I build web applications to create purposeful, accessible solutions and bring my ideas into reality. I am passionate about full-stack development, REST APIs and database design.

- Maintained and expanded the functionality of a custom Django job posting application with over 1000 users
- Performed a server migration for an internal ASP.NET application formerly running on a vulnerable EoL server OS
- Developed a utility script using Python and the Gravity Forms API to automate the fetching of payment transaction data
- Developed a set of scripts using jQuery and the WordPress REST API to implement client-side search on the faculty's main website

Mood Tracker
Formerly referred to as the “Mood Pie Chart”, this full-stack web app was built to provide a place for university students to anonymously share what emotion best describes their current mood and view how others feel through interactive graphs.
Slack Office Status
Built to expand on Slack's native user status functionality, this server app provides an API for users to create status messages and choose from one of them to set as their current status.
